Marcello Carriero
Marcello Carriero Chairman of the Board of Directors

Marcello Carriero is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Terishield SA. A lawyer admitted to the Rome Bar for over 45 years, he practices in the civil law sector, with a particular focus on banking issues and related matters. He has held and continues to hold positions in foundations - such as the Roma Capitale Investments Foundation, where he serves as Vice President - and in business associations like Valore Impresa, where he was a member of the Board of Directors. He has gained significant experience in high-profile litigation cases involving complex legal issues.

Denis Biancuzzi
Denis Biancuzzi Board Member Founder, CEO & Chief Investment Officer

Denis Biancuzzi is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Terishield SA. He brings more than fifteen years of experience across banking, capital markets, regulatory risk and transaction structuring.

His experience spans regulatory capital and liquidity frameworks, including Basel III, TLAC and Pillar 3, as well as credit risk, AML and sanctions, syndicated lending and multi-jurisdictional transaction structuring. At Terishield, he leads the structuring of complex financial transactions and the coordination of engagements involving corporate clients, financial institutions and other institutional counterparties.

Denis holds a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Trieste and a Financial Market Analysis certification from the International Monetary Fund. His executive education includes the MIT Sloan School of Management and MIT CSAIL programme Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.

Guido Mucelli
Guido Mucelli Board Member Chief Industrial Development Officer

Guido Mucelli is Chief Industrial Development Officer of Terishield SA, where he leads the assessment of industrial merit across the firm’s mandates, and is also a board member of Terishield. He is President of Federisparmio, and serves as National Delegate for Professione Fisco, partner and coordinator of Global Climate Future Europe, and a member of FENALC’s Governing Board. He brings to Terishield thirty years of experience in enterprise associations and high-value-added financial services, as the originator and coordinator of innovative projects. He maintains institutional relationships with government representatives across several African countries and beyond.

Alessio Martinetti
Alessio Martinetti Board Member Chief International Affairs Officer

Alessio Martinetti is a Board Member and Chief International Affairs Officer of Terishield SA. He brings more than thirty years of experience in banking and finance, with senior roles across international and regional banking institutions, financial intermediation and fintech.

His background spans corporate finance, credit, risk management, business development and institutional relations. At Terishield, he supports the firm’s international positioning and the development of cross-border institutional relationships and opportunities.

Alessio holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from LUISS Guido Carli University and has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Risk Management.
